Help me incorporate new Doctor Who and SJA info into my timeline!

Firstly, thank you to everyone who commented on this post; it's been a big help.

I was looking through the BBC and BBCA website information posted at iantos_desktop, and I'm wondering if we can use that info to work out how Torchwood Season 2 and Doctor Who Season 4 coincide with each other.
